Returns Policy

We accept your returns and refund within 30 days after you receive your package.

1.we support and refund return's shipping fee (No more than 30% of the product price) if it's our reasons ! ( you need prepaid this fee, we will refund you after we receive your return's item)

The following reasons are COVERED by our Return/Exchange Policy. (Within 30 days of receipt)

It arrived wrong item/color.
It arrived damaged or in defective quality.
If we make it in the wrong size.
It arrived with missing parts.
Packages were get lost in transit after being confirmed with the shipping company.

The following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy. 

Special sale items(lucky bag), Clearance items(Final Sale), and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products were made in the wrong size due to customers providing the wrong sizes.
Worn, used, stained, washed,damaged,trimmed wigs, altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products were destroyed or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time.
Outside of 30 days of receipt.

2.Below are the detailed instructions on HOW TO PROCESS a return or exchange.

First of all, please contact our after-sale service via email support@ecosfun.com, we will check the issues and confirm the return details for you. Otherwise, we do not accept the return without the consent of the customer service.
Please send the related evidence to confirm the problem, so we can claim it for you.
Buyers are responsible for returning the items in their original conditions within 2 weeks of delivery of items at the seller’s expense through registered mails with the online delivery tracking number.
The refunds will be returned back to you in 3 business days after we receive the item in good condition.


Notes:

Please allow 1-2 inches different for the standard size chart and allow 1-3 inches different for the customize size due to manual measurement .(1 inch=2.54 cm, 1 cm=0.39 inch)
Our standard size chart is close to the US Size and its finished costume size. We suggest taking our size chart as a guideline before you choose the size.
If you don't know how to choose the size, we suggest you have someone else help you to take your measurements, and then choose our custom size.
As different computers display colors differently, the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the above images, thanks for your understanding.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note:be advised that due to shipping costs, we do not accept direct refusal of packages. In case of refusal, the package will be destroyed according to local regulations, and we will not be able to provide a refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, it will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it maybe take some time (normal 3-7 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund .


Cancellation Policy

Please kindly note that as long as your “customized order “ hasn't been shipped , we will only refund you total shipping cost (product cost can not been refund). if they are shipped, we are sorry that we won't accept order cancellation.

A. For Order cancellation within 24 hours and the order status shows “awaiting fulfillment”, we will refund 70% of the total price. (30% of the cost refers to the advertising and promotion expenses, order processing labor costs, raw material preparation costs and other miscellaneous cost.)

B. For Order cancellation after 24 hours ,and the order states shows “awaiting fulfillment”, within the processing time,we will refund 50% of the total price (After 24 hours, the factory has already begun to make your item, and related products materials have been purchased, and the workers related to the production has done preparatory work, or that we have purchased the product which can not be returned to the suppliers).

C. For Order cancellation after 24 hours ,and the order states shows “awaiting fulfillment”, exceed the processing time,we will refund you 60% of the total price.

D. If the order status shows “shipped”, we are sorry that we could not accept any order cancellation.
